Conrex offers the unique opportunity to work in its office. The company actually has four maintenance employees. They maintain the homes for hundreds of tenants. They keep contact with all contacts so you won’t have the opportunity to meet them often. Even if you do get to have a conversation with them, they are not always friendly.
Conrex Property Management isn’t a newcomer when it comes to property management. They have purchased more than 500 houses in Rankin County. While they're no strangers to the state, they're not a household name in their home town of North Charleston. Their four bedroom, three bathroom property is South Carolina's most exclusive. The company has had no difficulty filling vacancies so far.

Additionally, the company boasts a well-stocked and extensive network of licensed broker licenses. Considering this, it's no wonder they're the real deal. It's not enough that they have landed a Wall Street-based private equity firm as their financial backer. This is good news for the company's long-term sustainability.

However, to secure one of their most sought-after properties, you will need to spend a lot. There aren't many better deals than that.

How to Replace a Broken Window?
Repairing broken windows is one the most common home improvement jobs. Repairing damage to glass within your home is the task. In this case, the repair work should only take around 30 minutes. However, if you are not familiar with how to replace broken panes of glass, you may cause further damage to the home. This article provides some tips on replacing a broken window.
First, remove the old glass from its frame
First, take out all the screws that are holding the glass in place. Then undo the lock at the top center of the bottom section of the window frame. Next, pull the window up slightly so it's no longer attached to the sill plate (the metal bar below the floor). Next, remove any remaining screws using a pry instrument until they are loosen. After the panes have been removed from the window, clean them well.
Next step: Clean the glass
Use a dry paper towel or cloth to remove any dirt from the glass. Use a spray bottle with water and alcohol to clean any debris that has gotten under the glass.
Third Step: Reinstall the replacement glass
Attach the window frames to the panes. Start by pushing down on the lower edge of the outermost pane with the tip of a screwdriver. Gently push the pane back into the opening in the frame. Move on to the next piece of pane. Push it into the opening in the frame. Continue inserting panes until all windows are assembled. You can seal the spaces where the panes meet using a silicone caulk pistol.
Fourth step: Repair any damage.
If you are installing new glass, be sure to inspect the area where the break occurred. This will help determine if further repairs are necessary. Two small pieces of wood should be placed along the edges of each hole if the crack is near the corner. These wooden blocks will strengthen the window while acting as spacers for the glass during expansion and contraction of the weatherproofing.
Fifth step: Seal the repaired area
After the glass has been replaced, apply a bead of silicone caulking to the perimeter edges of the window frame. This will create an excellent seal between the glass & the surrounding wallboard. Silicone caulking is available at hardware stores as well as online. Be sure to choose a color that matches the existing paint on the walls.
Let the caulking dry overnight. Do not disturb the caulking until it has hardened completely. You could crack the caulking if you wait too long.
